Look What’s Roasting!

Fresh Roasted Beets, Carrots and Parsnips coming out of the oven for dinner.  On the menu tonight we have Vegan Jambalaya, Vegan Timbales ( a layer dish with quinoa, sweet potato and avocado), Wild Maine Scallops and Asian Glazed Wild Sockeye Salmon and Bok Choy stir fry.
